Pineapple
Each player gets dealt 3 cards face down. They then chose to discard one of these cards, then the betting and game play continues as in Texas Holdem.
Crazy Pineapple
Each player gets dealt 3 cards face down. There is then a round of betting, and players can check/call/bet/raise/fold as normal. Then the flop is dealt. At this point each player left in discards one card from his hand (from his hole cards). The betting and gameplay then continues as in Texas Holdem
It's essentially a simple variation of Holdem that you can play for a bit of fun. Obviously the dynamic of the game leads to generally better poker hands being made.
