As part of their celebrations from the 25 Billionth hand, there was $250,000 to win if you were at the table of that hand when it was dealt.
And there were also prizes for milestone hands all the way from 24.85 billionth hand to the 25 billionth. Those milestone hands won between $425 (at micro stakes), to $1000 at low stakes, up to $3500 at high stakes.
When hand 25,000,000,000 eventually came around all the cash tables were frantic as players played multiple tables in the hope of getting lucky. The 25 billionth hand eventually hit early Monday morning. The table was Susilva, $1/$2 limit Omaha Hi-Lo. One player was very unlucky, having just arrived at the table, he was sat, but didn't actually get dealt any cards.
